Strength for Each Day by Joyce Meyer
Share
SYNOPSIS
This book is not your typical read that we provide for your viewing; it’s a devotional. I have previously read Joyce Meyer’s devotional titled “The Confident Woman,” which has guided me through various seasons of life. It’s a resource I revisit even after completing it, as it serves as a daily inspiration to start each day off right.
This specific devotional offers you the strength needed during times when moving forward feels impossible, or when the burden of your circumstances feels too heavy to bear. It also provides support for those who are patiently waiting to see God's promises fulfilled in their lives.
Isaiah 40:31 reminds us to wait on the Lord, assuring us that He will renew our strength.
Embrace the opportunity to surrender your weaknesses to God so that He can provide you with exactly what you need, precisely when you need it.
MY THOUGHTS
Each day brought its own challenges, often when I was uncertain about what I was experiencing. My mind was cluttered with so many thoughts that I struggled to pinpoint what to pray for and how to articulate those prayers. I came to the realization that I lacked the strength to navigate this alone and needed God's guidance. Just when I needed it, this book appeared in my “recommendations” while I was about to buy something for my dog. I understood that it was indeed God providing me with a way to stay rooted in His Word and gain insight on finding strength during this particular season of my life.
I can honestly say that without this devotional, I would still be lost, trying to figure out my next steps.
