MY THOUGHTS
Reading this book revealed to me that love languages are not solely about romantic relationships, even though that is a central theme. They also encompass the bonds between parents and children. It's about recognizing the love you may not have received and learning to express and vocalize it.
Personally, I turn to God to discuss my feelings because sometimes, no one else can fill that void. If you find that a loved one is no longer present to address what’s missing in your relationship with them, I recommend praying about it and writing them a letter. Use this time to express your thoughts.
Understanding these love languages can foster growth and development in your relationships with others.
However, it’s important to acknowledge that this isn’t always straightforward. Recognizing this offers an opportunity for God to heal your heart and your relationships. Always trust in God. Please refrain from pressuring someone to do what they are unwilling to do. Turn to God, and He will guide you through.
