Customers can receive a 10% discount on their purchase by commenting on the book review page between the 20th and the end of each month. Failing to submit a review within this timeframe will disqualify them from the discount for that month. The discount offer is only valid for the current month; missing the deadline means waiting until the next month to participate.

Even if customers miss the monthly review opportunity, they can still submit reviews retroactively. However, they won't receive the 10% discount for that particular month. Submitting reviews for books in the current month makes customers eligible for the 10% discount offer.
